Sina, mina ja teised - You, me and others

Kes sinus endas ja sinu elus saab luua muutusi? … meie ise?


Võtsin julguse kokku ja soovisin konkureerida maailmaga ning ühele tüdrukule rõhutada tema ilu.
Ma ei tea, kas olen seda enne kuskilt kuulnud, aga kirja sai järgmine:

Tahad ma näitan ühte ilusat inimest?

1. Võta nutikas mobla kätte.

2. Pane selle ekraan lukku.

3. Vaata otse seda tühja ekraani.

4. Ja sa näed vastust.

Selle järel märkasin mõtet:
                                                                ‘’Ilu oleneb meie vaatenurgast’’.

See pole nii ainult ettevõtluses, vaid kõigi meie soovide ja mõtete edu oleneb meist endast. Keerulistest asjadest läbi tulles on olnud raske ennast hoida järjel. Märkasin, et kõigis enda tegemistes ja mõtetes lähtun samast mõtteviisist. See on ka põhjus, miks olen enda olukorra kõrval jäänud soovidele kindlaks. Olen märganud, et me oleme enda suurim takistus. Taastumisel olen õnneks harva kokku puutunud inimestega, kes on mind halva pilguga vaadanud. Pigem olen ma seda ise teinud ning leidnud end mõtlemast  ‘’ahh ma olen selline, mis ma ikka ... jne’’.

Jälle sooviksin öelda aitäh:
1. Minu perele, kes julgustab igale poole minema ja olema aktiivne.
2. Edu Akadeemia “Better you” koolitus.
3. Imelistele sõpradele, kes igal kohtumisel näitavad enda headust ja sisestavad mulle, kui hästi kõik on.

Ei läinud kaua, kui mul kadusid need ennast alla suruvad mõtted. Enda olukorra soovin ellu kaasa võtta nagu lisaväärtuse mitte takistuse või piirangu. See on ka põhjus, miks eelmiste postitustega olen alati lähtunud mõttest, et kuidas levitada head ja jagada võimalusi.

Tahan jagada inimestega, läbi selle pisikese ettevõtmise, rohelist mõtteviisi ja meeldivat olemist. Lisaks soovin näidata, et teisega arvestamine ja keskkonnale mõtlemine ei pea tulenema suurtest pingutustest, vaid lihtsad teod, läbi järjepidevuse, muutuvad ajapikku suuremaks ja seda üsna märkamatult.

Who can make a difference in us and our life? … We ourselves?

I took the courage and wanted to compete with the world and  show one girl her beauty.
I don’t know have I heard it before from somewhere but I wrote the following:

Do you wanna see one beautiful person?

1. Take a smartphone in your hands.
2. Lock the screen
3. Look straight at that empty screen.
4. And you see the answer.

After that I end up thinking.
‘’Beauty depends on our point of view".

This does not apply only to the business, but the success of all our wishes and thoughts depends on us.. Going through tough things has been hard for me . I noticed that in all my doings I use the same way of thinking. That's the reason why through my hard times I have stayed on my course. I have noticed that we are our own biggest obstacles. While recovering luckily I haven't met many people who have looked down on me. Rather, I've done it myself and found myself thinking ‘’I am like that why should I bother… etc’’.

Again I would like to say thanks to:
1. My family, who encourages me to move around and be active.

2. Edu Akadeemia for the ‘’Better you’’ training.

3. Wonderful friends who every time we meet show their own good spirit and show me how OK it all is.

It didn't take long for those suppressive thoughts to disappear. My own situation I want  to take with me in life as a benefit not an obstacle or limit. That is also a reason why my previous posts  were always focused on spreading good vibes and sharing opportunities.

I want to share with people, through this small undertaking, a green oriented mindset and wellbeing. I would like to show that taking others into account and thinking about the environment does not have to come from a great deal of effort, but simple actions, through consistency, becoming better over time with these small changes.
