Pere on tükike meid. 

Läbi blogi ja vestluste näen enda ning minu ettevõtluse arengut. Näen kuidas see kasvab nagu laps- nii nähtavalt ja samas täitsa märkamatult.

Blogi loomises ja pidamises on mul mitmeid eesmärke:

- Soov näidata, et iga takistus ei ole ületamatu.

- Olen kindel, et on veel inimesi, kelle soovi täide viimine jääb teadmatuse või julguse taha.
Selle teekonna jagamisega soovin tõestada endale ja näidata teistele, et see ei pea nii olema.
- Selle tee jagamine jätab jälje minu tegudest, millele saan alati tagasi vaadata.
- Postituse koostamine aitab kogu info läbi töötada ja saab selgemaks ka endale.

Olen enda jaoks valmis mõelnud, et tulevikus kui mul on oma pere, siis panustan sinna väga palju oma aega. Igal võimalikul hetke oleme koos, hoolime ja loome omavahel avatud keskkonna, kus saame üksteist usaldada.

Ma soovin, et minu loodava ettevõtte kollektiiv oleks ka nagu pere kuna õhkkonnast sõltub suuresti töö kvaliteet. Luues töökeskkonna meeldivaks, mitte ainult kellast kellani kohustuseks, suudame koos vältida palju raskusi.

Kogemusi, et keskkond kus viibida peab olema meeldiv, olen saanud noortega töötades. Ajal mil ma töötasin noortega ei osanud ma võib olla seda 100%-liselt märgata kuid hiljem nüüd meenutades ja mõtiskledes olen leidnud, et mitmed noored kiirgasid teadmatust oma elust ja õhus oli küsimus  ‘’Miks ma olen siin?’’. Ümbritsev keskkond mõjutab meid tugevalt ning eredalt jäid mulle meelde paar noort, kuna nende ükskõiksus pere vastu näitas puudust ja täitmata lünki kodus. Sellest kogemusest tulenevalt ma ei soovi, et keegi teeks minu perest samu järeldusi.

Põhja-Makedoonias nägin mitmeid ettevõtteid, mis olid pereärid. Ühendades see mälestus ja soov ühtsest perest tekkis minu unistustes luua hooliv ja armastav töökeskkond, milles üksteist teame ja toetame.

Family is a part of us.

Through the blog and conversations I see my personal and my entrepreneurial  development. I can see it growing like a child - so visibly and at the same time completely unnoticed. 

I created this blog and running it for several reasons:

- I want to show that obstacles are not unsurpassed.
- I am sure that there are more people than just me whos wish is stuck behind lack of courage or knowledge.
By sharing this journey I want to prove to myself and show to others that it doesn't have to be like that.
- Sharing this blog keeps a memory that I can always look back on.
- Creating these posts helps me to work through all info and get it all more clear to me.

For myself I have made clear that in the future my own family gets my time. Every chance we spend together, we care and between us is an environment where we can trust each other.

I wish that my enterprise staff  would be like a family because work quality depends on the general vibe in the relationship of people who work together By creating a pleasant work environment, not only nine to five obligations, we could avoid a lot of  difficulties.

Idea that the environment that surrounds you must be pleasant I’ve got from working with  youth. When I worked with youngsters maybe 100% I didn’t notice it but later recalling and thinking of it I have found that several youngsters radiacted of ignorance about their own life and up in the air  was a question ‘’Why am I here?’’. We are strongly influenced by the surrounding environment, and I vividly remembered a few young people, as their indifference to the family showed a lack and unfilled gaps in the home. From this experience, I do not want anyone in my family to draw the same conclusions. 

In North Macedonia I saw several businesses that were family businesses. Connecting that memory and desire of a uniform family came as a dream to create a caring and supporting work environment.
