''Tere!''  Põhja-Makedoonia keeles ''Zdravo!''

Aastatel 2014-2015 kui elasin Põhja-Makedoonias, siis selle ametlik nimi oli Makedoonia ja paljudele kohalikele on see siiani. Lugupidamisest ja selgemini määratlemaks kasutan uut ametlikku nime- Põhja-Makedoonia. Nimemuutus ei muuda neid ennast. Minu südames on Põhja-Makedoonial alati eriline koht, koos kõige soojemate inimestega.

Minu arvates peab olema Põhja-Makedoonia pärases kohas vähemalt üks selle riigi  esindaja.
Seal Kreeka ja Serbia vahel elades tutvusin paljude huvitavate inimestega. Ma ei teadvustanud seda varem endale, aga järsku tuli meelde, et üks neist on ju kokk. Harjumusest tahame teha kõike vaid ise, ise, ise, jne. Maailmas on nii palju tehtud ja meie peame need vaid ühendama õiged inimesed ja enda ideed meie enda viisil.
Rääkisime selle kokaga minu mõtted läbi ja ta oli kohe nõus kaasa lööma. Sellise koha loomine tundub temale väga põnev, sest vähesed inimesed teavad üldse kohast nagu Põhja-Makedoonia.

‘’Hello!’’ in North Macedonian is ‘’Zdravo!’’

In 2014-15 when I lived in North Macedonia, it was still Macedonia and for many locals it still is, but out of respect and clearer identification I'll be using the new official name of North Macedonia. Name change don’t change themself. In my heart it always be the warmest place with the warmest people.

In my opinion, a North Macedonia kind of place should have a real North Macedonian representative.
Where I lived, between Greece and Serbia, I’ve met many interesting people. I didn't realize it before, but suddenly I remembered that one of them was a chef. We have a habit of doing everything ourselves, me, me, me. Often there is just so much done and we just need to make sure we connect right people and our ideas in our own way. With Aleksandar we spoke about my vision and he straight  away agreed to join. It’s very exciting for him to create this kind of place here, where few people know about North Macedonia.
