Sa oled ilus - You are beautiful

Tänan, et minuga jagati seda TEDxTartu Rain Tunger-i esitlust “Sa oled ilus”. Selles oli palju äratundmisrõõmu ja minu mõtete sõnastamist. Ma olen mõelnud ja öelnud, et soovin kohvikuga olla sõbralik kõigi ja kõige suhtes. Jah, soov on ilus, aga ausalt mul ei ole reaalset oskust või teadmist, kuidas seda kõike täide viia. Aitäh, Rain, et aitasid sammu edasi ja tegid pildi lihtsamaks.
Ma ei soovi olla enda heade soovidega üksi, vaid tahan seda kanda edasi oma kohviku keskkonda. Nii tuleks meie kohvikus olles välja igaühe kõige ilusam pool. “Kõik ilusad inimesed ei naerata, aga kõik naeratavad inimesed on ilusad.”
Minu kogemused:
Kooliajal ehk umbes 10 aastat tagasi sain osaliseks kohvitassi alusel olevale paberile kirjutatud positiivsele lausele. Ma ei mäleta seda lauset sõna-sõnalt, aga see positiivne tunne seda näha oli mõnus. Nägin kui lihtsalt kuhugi poetatud lausel võib olla tegelikult suur mõju. Juba sellise asjaga me võime kellegi päeva hoida heade tunnete lainel või tuua halba päeva rõõmu ja naeratuse inimese näole. Just selliseid hetki ma tahan pakkuda.
Statoilis olles klienditeenindaja. Siiani on meeles üks klient, kes rahutute klientide vahel oli nii rahulik ja positiivne. Ta tõmbas oma sõbraliku ja rahuliku jutuga pingeid alla ning teda oli mõnus teenindada.
Seda suhtumist soovin kanda meie meeskonda, meie endi ja klientide vahele.Põhja-Makedoonias elades:
- Meil oli naaber, kellega me esimese pool aastat ei sattunud suhtlema. Sellest hoolimata tõi ta viinamarjade valmimise ajal, peaaegu üle päeva, koti viinamarju meie ukse taha.
- Linnas igal nurgal õpetati ja aidati.
Seda headust soovin ka endas kasvatada ja teistega jagada.

Thank you for sharing with me this TEDxTartu Rain Tunger’s presentation "Sa oled ilus" (You are beautiful). There was a lot of joy in synchronising with it and making up my thoughts. I have thought and said that I want to be accepting of everyone and everything in the café. Yes, the idea is beautiful, but honestly I have no real skill or knowledge of how to do that. Thank you, Rain, for helping me step forward and making the picture more clear.
I do not want to be alone with my good wishes, but I want to pass it on to my café environment. That's how the most beautiful side of everyone would be in our cafe. "Not all beautiful people smile, but all smiling people are beautiful."
My experiences:
At school time, about 10 years ago, I had a kind sentence written on a napkin with a cup of coffee. I don't remember that sentence by heart, but it left a nice positive feeling. I saw how just a sentence can actually have a big impact. With such a thing, we can keep someone's day in a wave of good feelings or bring joy and smile on a person's face on a bad day.
These are the moments that I want to offer.
While I was working at a gas station, Statoil, as a customer service, I remember one customer who was so calm and positive among all the other restless customers. He relieved the tension with his friendly and calm conversation, and it was nice to serve him. I want to transfer this attitude to our team, between ourselves and our customers.
While living in Northern Macedonia, we had a neighbor we didn't talk to for the first half of the year. Nevertheless, during the ripening of the grapes, almost over the day, he brought a bag of grapes to our door.
People always taught and helped in every corner of the city.
I want to grow this kindness in myself and share it with others.
