Me ei ole Põhja-Makedoonia, ei esinda Põhja-Makedooniat ning ei luba kliendile vaid sealset kööki.

Olen väga inspireeritud Põhja-Makedoonias elatud ajast, kus nägin ja kogesin eri tükikesi kogu Balkani poolsaarelt, mida toon kaasa ka meie kohvikusse.
Meie oma kodumaal, eestipäraselt ja Eestis kättesaadavast toorainest, toome teieni seda, mis on inspireeritud Põhja-Makedoonia köögist.

Meie kohvikus on natuke Türgit, Serbiat, Albaaniat, Kreekat jne nagu Põhja-Makedoonia, kes on olnud aja jooksul eri riikide võimu all ja milles igastühest on nad midagi võtnud endaga kaasa.
Kõige sügavamale minusse on talletunud seal kogetud headus üksteise suhtes ja selle võtan endaga kõikjale kaasa.

It has been time to rethink everything, make corrections and formulate it for myself and for you to.

We are not Northern Macedonia, we do not represent Northern Macedonia and we do not promise to customers to cook only that cuisine.

I am very inspired by the time I lived in Northern Macedonia, where I saw and experienced different pieces from all over the Balkans, which I also brought to our café.

In our own country, by Estonians and using materials available in Estonia, we bring to you what is inspired by the cuisine of Northern Macedonia.

In our cafe there is a piece of Turkey, Serbia, Albania, Greece, etc. Like Northern Macedonia, which has been over time under different countries and they have taken something from each of them.

Deep down in me stays the goodness between people that I experienced there, and I take it everywhere with me.
